Origin & History

Blue Apatite is a phosphate mineral found in regions such as Madagascar and Brazil, long admired for its striking ocean-like hues and internal light play. Though not as widely known in ancient jewelry as turquoise or jade, apatite has been studied for its connection to biological mineralization, it shares a structural similarity with the minerals found in human bones and teeth.

Bamboo coral, often referred to simply as “bamboo,” is a natural marine material formed from deep ocean coral structures. Its use spans coastal cultures where organic materials from the sea were worn for protection, grounding, and connection to life cycles.
