Kingman Turquoise & Amethyst Charm Bracelet
100% Natural Kingman Turquoise & Amethyst
Desert Color, Collected Stories
Rich natural Kingman Turquoise meets luminous purple Amethyst in a one-of-a-kind bracelet that feels collected rather than simply made. Each turquoise stone carries its own blue-green color, earthy matrix and irregular shape, while polished Amethyst adds deep violet contrast.
The oversized silver-tone clasp is intentionally part of the design, making the bracelet easier to fasten yourself while giving the piece its bold, slightly eclectic character. A cluster of charms finishes the bracelet, including a handmade Moe Gems Turquoise and Amethyst drop, a silver-tone tassel, butterfly and a repurposed heart charm originally from a Free People necklace.
No two parts of this bracelet feel exactly alike, and that is precisely the point.
Please Note
- Adjustable length: approximately 7.25–7.5 inches using the existing sizing rings. For reference, the owner has a 6.25 inch wrist and the bracelet fits fine on all three rings but she likes her bracelets to move around - it is loose fitting but not so lose that it would slip off (the bracelet can easily fit someone with a 6.25 inch wrist and larger.
- The oversized clasp makes this bracelet much easier to put on and remove without assistance.
- Need a larger size? Additional sizing rings can be added at no additional charge. Simply enter your preferred finished size in the Special Instructions box at checkout and I will add the amount of rings needed.
- Because larger gemstone beads take up interior space when worn, wrist measurement is more useful than bracelet length alone when determining fit.
- The silver-tone heart is a repurposed charm from a previously owned Free People necklace. It is intentionally reused as part of this one-of-a-kind design and is not represented as a new Free People component.
- Feel free to add more charms (perhaps meaningful to you) using the large clasp!
- Natural variations in color, matrix, shape and inclusions are expected and celebrated.
- Colors may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings.
The Gemstones
Kingman Turquoise
Kingman Turquoise comes from Arizona’s historic Kingman mining district, one of the best-known turquoise-producing areas in the United States. These stones show exactly why natural turquoise is so captivating: brilliant blue and blue-green color interrupted by earthy brown, tan and dark mineral matrix. Rather than hiding the stone’s geological character, this bracelet celebrates it.
Amethyst
Amethyst is the violet variety of quartz, its purple color developing through the interaction of trace iron and natural irradiation within the crystal. It has been treasured since antiquity and appears in Egyptian, Greek, Roman and later European jewelry and decorative traditions. Its glassy polish and saturated violet color create a striking contrast against the organic character of Kingman Turquoise.
Traditional Stone Medicine
For centuries, these gemstones have been appreciated not only for their natural beauty, but also for the traditional meanings and energetic qualities they have carried across cultures.
Research within Traditional Stone Medicine, historical gemstone traditions, and modern energetic interpretations suggests this pairing may support the body during periods of prolonged stress, depletion, and mental overactivity. In Stone Medicine, Amethyst is associated with calming the Shen, supporting the Lung system and Wei Qi (the body’s protective energy), while Turquoise has long been connected with vitality, healthy communication, and respiratory wellness in various traditional cultures. These interpretations are traditional and energetic in nature and should not be interpreted as medical treatment.
Together, they have traditionally been associated with supporting:
- Nervous system regulation during prolonged stress
- Restful sleep when the mind feels overactive
- Healthy Lung Qi and comfortable breathing
- Head, neck, and jaw tension associated with emotional overload
- Recovery from burnout and emotional exhaustion
- Healthy energetic boundaries and resilience
- Mental clarity and thoughtful communication
- Supporting the body’s natural response to periods of overwhelm

Care
- Avoid harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and prolonged moisture.
- Remove before swimming or bathing - mostly to preserve the integrity of the metal findings and cord.
- Turquoise is naturally porous and prolonged soaking may gradually affect its appearance.
- Amethyst is suitable for everyday wear, but prolonged direct sunlight over many years may slowly soften its purple color.
- Moonlight is an excellent charging method for both gemstones.
- Satin Spar (often sold as Selenite) provides a gentle cleansing and charging method that is safe for both stones.
- Sound cleansing using singing bowls or chimes is also appropriate.
Transparency
Each Bracelet is made with 100% natural Kingman Turquoise and Amethyst stones. Every stone bead is unique, with its own natural variations in blue and violet color, matrix, inclusions, shape and formation. These differences are part of what make this one-of-a-kind piece truly one of a kind. The repurposed heart charm is from a previously owned Free People necklace and is clearly disclosed as such. If a design ever includes non-natural or enhanced gemstone materials, that will always be clearly noted in the description. Transparency matters.
